The Project Management Office (PMO) is part of the Operations Area at Berkeley Lab and is committed to the establishment of an effective and sustainable project management environment and culture.

Lines of Service

Mission: To provide assistance and assurance such that LBNL projects are managed to the highest standard of performance accomplishing their defined scope on schedule and within budget, while being conducted in a manner that ensures appropriate quality, personnel safety, site security, and environmental stewardship.

Vision: That all projects at LBNL see the PMO as their value-added partner as they pursue the achievement of the LBNL Project Management Stewardship Statement.
