The primary focus of the Berkeley Lab PMO is providing guidance to projects required to meet DOE Order 413.3B requirements and supporting project management competence at all levels. Through the PMO, science, engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects developed on site at Berkeley Lab and at off-site locations receive project management guidance, oversight, and performance metrics monitoring.
