One of the key Responsibilities identified in the LBNL Project Management Office (PMO) Organizational Charter is for the PMO to “foster a positive, inclusive, continuously improving project management culture.” One such mechanism the PMO uses to foster this culture is the Major Projects Forum (MPF) Quarterly Meeting that gives project leaders of the LBNL DOE Order 413.3B a chance to interact, collaborate, share lessons learned, and best practices.
